Wholesale Information
The Mogus welcomes wholesale orders and collaborations for art merchandise, artist goods, and creative collections. Orders can be made via email at hello@mogus.id or through Instagram DM @mogusshop.id. Once product details and quantities are confirmed, we’ll provide a quotation and production timeline.
All products are handcrafted and produced in limited quantities at Mogus Studio, Yogyakarta. Production time takes around 7–21 working days, depending on the type and quantity of order.
Payment is made in two stages: 50% down payment (DP) upon confirmation and 50% balance before shipment. Prices exclude shipping costs. Deliveries are made via JNE, J&T, Sicepat, or cargo services, and international shipping is available via DHL or EMS.
Each product goes through a quality check before delivery. If any damage occurs during shipment, customers may submit a claim within 3 days after receiving the package, supported by photo/video evidence.
